When you add a link or comment about something on a public post for Google, it will now be displayed in regular Google searches. What does this mean? It means a new factor in ranking, is going to be how many Google+ users you can get to talk about, +1, or mention your website. The trick is going to be how to get your circles to do this for you and once Google+ opens up for business and the general public.
